If you would prefer a pre planned meeting in person prior to reserving your event with us and making your deposit we would be happy to arrange a visit with you. Once you have reserved an event with The Sound Deck and made your deposit you may only request a refund of that deposit within 3 weeks prior to the scheduled event date. Full payment of the balance due for your event is required within 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event date. Should you cancel your event after full payment has been made and choose to cancel your event for any reason, a refund will be issued for the full amount, less the initial deposit.
